GAI has always played an imperative and a vital role in bringing out the best of its community: students and school staff. GAI believes in the stakeholder’s involvement and continuous communication with it. Consequently, our school encourages such an involvement and makes it among its priorities as mentioned in the school mission and objectives.
Our school plays a vital role in helping the children use the available resources to allow them to be creative and eager to develop.
Surveys regarding student’s opinions about the school are one of the means that portrait the students’ intervention in decision making.
Next to that, high school students vote for presidents among them (through elections), who would mediate between students’ demands and the governance to add, shape or revise decisions set by the school leaders.
Finally, prefects assigned by discipline supervisors on school ground are another example of student’s direct engagement in maintaining a satisfying discipline at school.
